What will my repair cost?
In the price guide you choose manufacturer, model and damage, and see the price including VAT straight away. It is not a range, it is a fixed price. And before any work begins you always get a clear estimate.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are done in about 24 hours. If a part has to be ordered it takes longer, and we tell you that in the estimate. You can check the current stage at any time under "Track repair".
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes, 6 months on every repair and on the parts we fit. If the same fault returns within that time, simply bring the device back to us.
My device isn't in the price guide.
We very likely still repair it, the list only shows the most common devices. Send us a quick WhatsApp message with your device and the fault: you will get an honest answer and a fixed price shortly. Free and without obligation.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Our workshop van comes to your home or office in Krefeld and repairs your device on the spot. Travel is already included in the price shown, and we arrange the appointment with you on WhatsApp.
How do I track my repair?
Your drop-off receipt carries a number in the format TF-YYMMDD-XXXX-C. Enter it under "Track repair" and you see the current stage, from "Received" through "In progress" to "Completed", along with the estimated ready date. No account required.
